Neither. While ROGO School will include some seminary-level course work; it is primarily intended to focus on leadership development in a ministry setting. The program has been created to help bridge the gap between seminary and the practical skills needed to successfully lead the Church.
Many of the participants in ROGO end up getting hired on staff full-time or part-time, temporary or permanent. There is no guarantee each ROGO participant will get hired but our hope is you become a leader in ministry at Sandals Church.
